When is Valentine’s Day?
Valentine’s Day is always celebrated on February 14.

Valentine’s Day is the day of love. It is also known as Saint Valentine’s Day or Feat of Saint Valentine. The whole countries’ celebrate this day with their partner (love).

Valentine’s Day is celebrated by giving flower, chocolates, jewelry, or other presents of all shapes and sizes to their loved ones. The event falls on February 14 each year; and it can be celebrated with one whom you admire the most. The most common symbol of Valentine’s Day is the ‘heart’. The shape is used and to decorate many things, including cards, tress, wrapping paper, gift boxes and cookies. Other symbols coupled with this day are pairs of birds, cute teddy bears, and a couple kissing or embracing.

Valentine’s Day is celebrated as a festival of love. On this day, love is in the air and all the shops are filled things of red and pink colors. The girls usually wear red or pink on this day; and boys wear black to look as a perfect couple. All the pubs, hotels, or visiting places are filled with couple or families to celebrate this day together.

People who fall in love are sometimes said to be “struck by Cupid's arrow”, as Cupid is the god of love. The Valentine’s Day focuses on love, romance, appreciation and friendship.
